This event is the latest in ongoing, active recruiting efforts to help strengthen the KAT workforce. New Operators will help the agency address an industry-wide worker shortage, the main contributing factor to KAT’s current service challenges.
KAT is seeking applicants for 50 open Bus Operator positions, which offers newly increased competitive pay – starting hourly wages of $18.36 – as well as a generous benefits package that provides as much as 30% additional value on top of wages.
