Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) is proposing an update to its Major Service Change Policy to include language related to fare media and payment systems.
This update does not change fares or service levels. The purpose is to ensure future changes to fare payment methods are evaluated consistently with Title VI equity requirements. More information can be found here.
Public comments are welcome for 30 days.
