Passenger Playbook

Masks are no longer required on KAT Vehicles or at KAT facilities, however, the CDC does recommend wearing them on public transportation and we will have masks available for those that prefer to wear them.

To help fans get to games using regular bus service, Knoxville Area Transit has created Passenger Playbooks: special color-coded cheat sheets to get to and from the game using five key routes. The special ‘Passenger Playbooks’ include information on travel time, where to catch the bus along the route, cost, and how to get back after the game.

Passenger Playbooks have been created for routes along the following corridors (click on each one for detailed information):

All routes connect over to Cumberland, putting fans just two blocks from the stadium.

PLEASE NOTE: The last trip on these routes departs at 11:15 p.m.

Cost of the Rides: Day Passes

For passengers going to Vols games, KAT recommends:

  • Day Pass: The $2 pass ($1 for seniors 65 and older, persons with disabilities, and students age 18 and under with proper ID) provides unlimited rides all day on all bus routes.

To avoid last minute issues, we recommend passengers buy their game day passes at the Knoxville Station Customer Service Counter, 301 Church Avenue, prior to the game (open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Passes are available for purchase starting the week prior to game day.
