Knoxville, TN – The Knoxville Transportation Authority (KTA) will hold a public hearing during its regular Board meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM. This meeting will take place in the Main Assembly Room of the City-County Building.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive input from the community on a fare-free pilot program on the Downtown Connector and proposed service modifications. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and share comments regarding the proposed changes.
