Holiday Dance Party!

The Knoxville Museum of Art is presenting its Fall Concert Series titled Alive After Five.

On December 8th, you'll get to enjoy a “Holiday Dance Party!” featuring Dwight Hardin & Think Twice. The son of gospel singer, Ruth Hardin, a.k.a. “The Songbird of the South,” vocalist and percussionist, Dwight Hardin, has been on stage performing sense the age of seven. He has performed with/opened for such artists as, The Pointer Sisters, The Jacksons, Bootsy Collins, The Manhattans, B.T. Express, Eddie Floyd, The Original Eastwind and more. After a hiatus from performing professionally, Hardin is now picking up where he left off and is back singing and performing with various groups in Nashville, Knoxville, and the surrounding area, including an Alive After Five last spring with Smooth Groove. We’re excited to have him back for our annual “Holiday Dance Party,” this time with his new band, Think Twice, featuring Kenneth Robinson on drums, Phil Senseny on bass, Neil Gillespie on keyboards, and Jaimie Cameron on guitar.

To get there: Take Route 42 or the Orange Line Trolley to the World's Fair Park.
